I requested my Nissan Micra to be scrapped. they offerred me £250 and the car was taken on 12th October 2023 around 1230. i was assured and promised that the payment would be done via bank transfer within 5pm which did not happen. Contacted them the following day, they promised again and yet once again the payment did not come through and they said they are able to make the payment even on weekends. To my surprise the payment was not done. I contacted them on Monday, never picked up so sent a request to them. They called me and explained the issue, they said the pic of my bank details was not clear and therefore they could not pay on time, so I gave them my bank details over the phone and I was told the payment will be done by the end of the day and will call me back. Surprise surprise, till today 18th October, no payment came through and no call back was done. i have call recording for evidence.
